Cancellation Policy

LuxDetail Booking & Cancellation Policy At LuxDetail, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all customers, we have the following policy in place: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations or reschedules made before this time frame will be eligible for a full refund or a service credit toward a future appointment. • Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost as a cancellation fee. •. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a $25 trip fee, but the remainder of the service fee will either be held for your rescheduled appointment or refunded. • No-Shows: If you fail to show up your scheduled appointment without prior notice, or the vehicle cannot be accessed by our technician, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Refunds & Credits: If you cancel before the 24-hour window, you can choose between a full refund or a credit for a future service.
